Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Meubles ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

Meubles provides AI-powered virtual staging and interior redesign. You upload a photo of a room, select a style and room type, and receive AI-generated staged images. The Service is offered in tiers (e.g. trial, Starter, Team, Enterprise) with different usage limits. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where possible.

3. Account and usage limits

You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. Usage is limited by your plan (e.g. one free generation for trial; monthly limits for paid plans). Exceeding your limit may result in blocked generations until you upgrade or your usage resets. We may enforce usage and rate limits to ensure fair use and system stability.

4. Payment and subscriptions

Paid plans (Starter, Team, Enterprise) are subject to the pricing displayed at the time of sign-up or renewal. Payment terms (billing cycle, refunds, price changes) will be presented when you subscribe. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access. You may cancel in accordance with the cancellation policy presented at sign-up.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use (e.g. infringing others' intellectual property or privacy).
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security, or access controls.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or output in a way that competes with Meubles without our written permission.
• Use the Service to generate harmful, misleading, or illegal content.

We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or acceptable use.

6. Intellectual property and your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your images (e.g. send them to our AI providers) solely to provide the staging output. You may use the staged images we generate for your business (e.g. listings, marketing) in accordance with your plan. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content or your generated images. Our name, logo, and the Service are our intellectual property; you may not use them without our permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will meet any particular quality or legal standard. AI-generated images may vary; you are responsible for reviewing output before use. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meubles and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meubles and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms or for other operational or legal reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification) will survive.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be communicated by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

12. General

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Meubles regarding the Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Meubles operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
